Scratch Space was printed and published on the occasion of Andrew Levy’s reading in Buffalo, New York on April 21, 2004 in the Wednesday @ 4 Plus Series. The cover was printed letterpress (and in some cases, silkscreened as well), while the text is set in 12 pt. Palatino printed by DocuTech. Copies were distributed for free at the reading.
